Weekly Report
1st Week Report (2023-02-23 - 2023-03-02)
We had the EPS introduction, got to know each other better, started our first classes of the courses and we participated in the design thinking workshop where we were identifying problems and brainstorming about different design ideas. The chosen subject is 'our city experiences'. So far we're thinking about improving garbage bins in the city.
2nd Week Report (2023-03-02 - 2023-09-03)
This week we did a lot of research for our topic. We also presented our ideas to the supervisors. We finished the design thinking workshop and narrowed down the problems we are focusing on. After that we worked on the Global Sprint Plan, the Project Backlog and the Initial Sprint Plan.
3rd Week Report (2023-09-03 - 2023-03-16)
We continued the research and changed our idea based on the conclusion of the state of the art. Additionally, we talked about our team roles and started to divide the tasks a little.
4th Week Report (2023-03-16 - 2023-03-23)
This week we started with structural drafts for the app and the bin and made a list of components and materials. We also set our project name and created the logo.
5th Week Report (2023-03-23 - 2023-03-30)
This week we finished the market analysis and startet to think about our marketing campaign. Furthermore we developed the cardboard and the 3D model for the bin. For the app we started to collect design ideas.
6th Week Report (2023-03-30 - 2023-04-06)
This week we finished our cardboard scale model and continued on Project Management, Marketing, the bin design and functions as well as the development of our app.
7th Week Report (2023-04-07 - 2023-04-13)
This 2 weeks we were working on the markering plan, design and development of the application. We made also the cost structure, sustainability, ethics, project management, project development, procurement part and made progress in the 3D model.
8th Week Report (2023-04-14 - 2023-04-20)
We completed and uploaded all necessary wiki entries and prepared slides for the interim presentation. The presentation took place at the end of the week.
9th Week Report (2023-04-21 - 2023-04-27)
In this week we included the feedback in our wiki and continued working on the webapp as well as on the 3D model.
10th Week Report (2023-05-05 - 2023-05-18)
We implemented the feedback, programmed for the app, delivered the details voor de 3d print model, conducted an stress-analysis, worked on the hardware and worked on the flyer and glossary.
11th Week Report (2023-05-19 - 2023-05-25)
We implemented the feedback on the packaging solution and created more visuals for our social media account e.g. a GIF.
12th Week Report (2023-05-26 - 2023-05-31)
In this week we worked on the paper, completed the lasts chapter on WIKI and also clarified the details for the campaign e.g. choosing the sound for out Tik Tok Video. Furthermore, we worked on finishing the app development as well.
13th Week Report (2023-06-01 - 2023-06-07)
This week we completed the user manual as well as all the frontend for our app. Moreover we filmed some scenes for our advertisement video and worked on the paper.
14th Week Report (2023-06-08 - 2023-06-14)
We made the final presentation, cutted the video's, finalized the paper and we assembled the bin.

Minute:
In this meeting our project idea was confirmed by the supervisors. Now we just need to think of a way to combine the action of throwing trash in the bin with the app. We had questions about the black box and the bin prototype and got help with that. Moreover, we talked about the To-Do’s for next week.
